4. Residence arrangements, including:

All expenses and costs payable to third parties and the government are paid by the client.

5. Registration of car, including:

• Preparing documents for transfer of number plates
• MOT
• Fees payable at the KAT (DVLA)
• Declaration of car in tax office

Fees: 295,- Lv. (150,- €)

6. Accountancy service:

• End of year tax declaration Fees: 120,- Lv.(60,- €) to 200 Lv.(100 €)
• Registration of VAT Fees: 150,- Lv. (75,- €)
• Declaring property at the Municipality Fees: 40,- Lv. (20,- €)
• Declaring of car in tax office Fees: 40,- Lv. (20,- €)

7. Consultations:

• Consultation related to buying or selling property Bulgaria
• Representation of client at all stages of the purchase / sale transactions
• Examination / investigation of title deeds from assets to mortgages
• Negotiating of contracts
• Building advise
• Providing all legal documents for building purposes

Fees: 18,- Lv. (9,- €) per hour

8. Contracts / documents:

• Preparing /drafting of legal documents, power of attorney, preliminary contract, rental contracts, etc.

Fees: 40,- Lv. (20,- €) per contract

9. Consultation & Drafting Wills:

• Transfer of company shares to joint owner Fees: 150,-Lv. (75,- €)
• Transfer of company shares to third party's Fees: 250,-Lv. (125,- €)

Notary and translation fees are paid by the client

11. Transport:

• Shopping trips, sightseeing trips, etc

Fees: 18,- Lv. (9,- €) per hour (excl 0,45 Lv. / 0,22 € per kilometer)
For long destination or hours there will be a discount

12. Property Management:

Gold Service:

• Change laundry twice weekly
• Wash and iron of laundry twice weekly
• Clean your property twice weekly e.g. windows cleaned, bathrooms cleaned and mopped, kitchens cleaned and mopped including all appliances
• Bedroom(s) and living areas polished and mopped, balcony areas cleaned and mopped
• Meeting and greeting your rental customers at the airport and transfer to apartment
• Any maintenance that may be required to keep your property in pristine condition
